As your buyer's agent, I will watch the current listings as well as send you automatic updates on houses that meet your criteria. We will view the houses as your schedule will allow. I will do a competitive market analysis to help advise you on a price to start the negotiations on your new home. I will work closely with your lender and negotiate the terms that work best for you.  After the contract is accepted, I will get copies to the lender, title company and you. I will order all the inspections that are necessary and co-ordinate with you to walk with you through each phase from the structural and mechanical inspection to the settlement table. My services do not end at the sale. I will check in with you from time to time to make sure you are happy in your new home. When it comes time to move again, JUST CALL JAN.

As your selling agent, I will do a pre-sale inspection. We will make a list of items to pay attention to as we begin showings. Curb appeal is very important. Most of the suggestions are easy and inexpensive and can make the difference in the days on market. We will look at the competitve market analysis to determine the best price to market your home. I will put a sign and a lockbox on your home. I will link your home on the internet with sites such as Zillow.com and Trulia.com. Showings will be scheduled through Centralized Showing Service and agents will be called and emailed the next day for feedback. As offers come in we will run the numbers and make changes as needed to get you the best scenario as far as terms and time frames. I will be present for any inspections and coordinate with the buyer's agent and lender to make sure we get to settlement on time.
