After the contract is accepted, I will get copies to the lender, title company and you. I will order all the inspections that are necessary and co-ordinate with you to walk with you through each phase from the structural and mechanical inspection to the settlement table. As your selling agent, I will do a pre-sale inspection. We will make a list of items to pay attention to as we begin showings. Curb appeal is very important. Most of the suggestions are easy and inexpensive and can make the difference in the days on market. We will look at the competitve market analysis to determine the best price to market your home. I will put a sign and a lockbox on your home. I have a 24 hour/7 days toll free number that buyer's can call to get a recording about the special features of the house. The number they called from will be emailed to me to follow up on all possible leads. Showings will be scheduled through my office and agents will be called the next day for feedback.
